3. Data Relating to Minors (Under 18 Years of Age)
I am committed to safeguarding children and young people and adhere to child protection expectations in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, including the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 and the Safeguarding Board Act (Northern Ireland) 2011. Images and Media Involving Minors
I take the online safety of children extremely seriously. To protect minors:
• Images of children may only be taken by their parent/legal guardian or with the parent/legal guardian and the minor’s informed agreement.
• I do not take or use recognisable images of anyone under 18 on my website, social media or promotional materials.
